Senior / Lead Motion Graphics Artist

Role and Responsibility:

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Develop and create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects.
  • Ensure common goals, direction, and accountability are communicated within the department.
  • Work closely with directors to understand the project’s vision. Provide artistic feedback to artists and identify technical problems, being responsible for finding solutions to execute the project successfully.
  • Train and nurture team members.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to develop and/or improve workflows, tools and efficiencies within the department.
  • Assist in seeking out and interviewing new talent for the department.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Producer

Role & Responsibility:

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Have a good understanding in creating and managing project schedules and timelines for various projects.
  • Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery.
  • Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project requirements and delegate roles accordingly.
  • Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes.
  • Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Work with clients to understand their vision, objectives, needs, and wants, communicate feedback to the production team, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Work with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations.
  • Collaborate with project heads to ensure the project meets client expectations.
  • Work with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain feedback and ensure all animation sequences align with the Creative Director’s or client’s vision.
  • Archival of completed projects.
  • Prepare creative presentations/decks.
  • Manage vendors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team.
