Operations Executive
Role & Responsibility
Duties include but not limited to:
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, process improvement, and workstation setup.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime.
- Oversee operational expenses, track spending against budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Consolidate invoices for the finance team monthly.
- Manage procurement of software, hardware, and subscriptions, including software license management and renewals, ensuring value for money and timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate the responsible disposal of obsolete or unwanted equipment.
- Ensure a safe and functional work environment through office maintenance, renovations, and network management.
- Address and troubleshoot electrical issues for business continuity during outages.
- Maintain vendor relationships for favourable pricing and services.
- Oversee special projects related to operations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Provide cross-functional support to the HR Manager in areas aligned with your skill set, which may include database management, recruitment coordination, HR analytics, and performance metrics tracking.
- Support Directors and Department Leads in other areas where necessary.
The person we are looking for ideally has these experiences and skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, admin, or generalist role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with procurement, vendor management, or budget tracking is an advantage.
- Experience with dual office / multi location operations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools for reducing manual admin
VFX Artist
Role & Responsibility
Duties include but not limited to:
- Create and composite visual effects for film, commercial, social using both traditional VFX tools and AI-generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Seedance, Kling, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Midjourney, etc.)
- Generate and refine AI video/image outputs (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, inpainting, motion brush, style transfer) and integrate them seamlessly with live-action or CG footage
- Perform rotoscoping and matte creation for clean plate extraction, isolating elements for compositing
- Execute 2D/3D camera tracking and match moving to accurately integrate CG, AI-generated, or live-action elements into shots
- Composite and finish shots in After Effects, integrating traditional VFX, 3D renders, and AI-generated elements into polished final output
- Build and animate 3D assets, environments, or simulations in Maya to support VFX shots and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., as base plates, depth references, or previz for generative tools)
- Provide on-site supervision during shoots, advising on-set on VFX/AI requirements (tracking markers, clean plates, lighting references, green/blue screen setup) to ensure footage is production-ready for post
- Prototype and test new AI models/tools, evaluate outputs for consistency, quality, and creative fit, and recommend adoption into production workflows
- Collaborate with directors, DPs, editors, and designers on set and in post to translate creative briefs into AI-assisted visual solutions
- Troubleshoot common AI-generation issues (temporal flicker, character/object consistency, artifacting) and apply post-processing fixes
- Maintain organized project files, prompt libraries, and documentation of AI and pipeline workflows for team reuse
- Stay current on the fast-evolving AI video landscape and proactively bring new tools/techniques to the team
- Ensure all work complies with studio/client guidelines on AI usage, licensing, and IP considerations
The person we are looking for ideally has these experiences and skills:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in VFX, motion graphics, animation, or a related creative production role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (compositing, motion graphics, VFX)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya (3D modeling, animation, basic rendering)
- Solid grounding in core VFX pipeline skills, including:
- Rotoscoping and matte/garbage-matte creation
- Camera tracking / match moving (2D and 3D)
- Keying (green/blue screen) and clean plate work
- Basic color matching/grading for shot integration
- Experience with on-set/on-site VFX supervision — comfortable advising production on tracking markers, clean plates, reference balls/grey cards, and green/blue screen setup
- Practical, portfolio-backed experience using AI video/image generation tools (e.g., Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Google Veo, Runway Gen-3/4, Pika, Kling, OpenAI Sora, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Midjourney)
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering for visual/video generation (framing, camera language, style/consistency control)
- Experience integrating AI-generated elements with live-action or CG plates (tracking, color matching, roto/keying)
- Basic scripting/automation skills (Python, or node-based tools like ComfyUI) a plus
- Knowledge in Blender, Houdini & C4D is a plus
- A demo reel showcasing both traditional VFX work and AI-assisted work
Producer
Role & Responsibility
Duties include but not limited to:
- Have a good understanding in creating and manage project schedules and timelines for various projects
- Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery
- Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project’s requirements and delegate roles accordingly
- Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes
- Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on the status of the project and addressing any concerns that may arise
- Work with clients
- To understand their vision, objectives, needs and wants and convey their feedback to the production team

Sales Executive
Role & Responsibility
Duties include but not limited to:
- Reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities to expand existing client scope, and presenting CraveFX’s capabilities aligned with their requirements.
- Responding to client’s queries on technical and procedural questions.
- Coordinating the formulation of price quotations, submitting sales contract for orders, handling invoicing and maintaining client records.
- Assisting in the administrative work needed for approvals, submissions and reconciliation.
- Servicing and maintaining short and long term client relationship as well as managing of existing accounts.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by supporting existing accounts and generating new leads through outreach and prospecting.
- Finding new sales leads using market research, business directories, client referrals, cold calling and/or direct fieldwork.
- Familiar with sales processes, including basic rights management and contract documentation.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work accurately with numbers and large amounts of data.

Junior Sound Designer
Role Overview
The Junior Sound Designer is an entry-level role focused on learning professional audio post-production workflows while supporting the sound team. This role provides hands-on exposure to real projects under guidance and mentorship, helping to create high-quality sound design for video, animation, interactive media, and other audiovisual content.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with sound editing, asset preparation, and session organization
- Support senior team members with basic sound design tasks, including sound effects, ambient sounds, and music editing
- Implement feedback and revisions accurately and promptly
- Work with music stems to re-edit, enhance, and modify audio to fit visual content
- Participate in recording, editing, and mixing sessions under supervision
- Assist in voiceover session setup, monitoring, and basic cleanup
- Help manage sound libraries, file structures, and project documentation
- Q.C. mixes before delivery to maintain technical and creative standard
