Junior Sales Executive - Client Services

Role & Responsibility

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities to expand existing client scope, and presenting CraveFX’s capabilities aligned with their requirements.
  • Responding to client’s queries on technical and procedural questions.
  • Coordinating the formulation of price quotations, submitting sales contract for orders, handling invoicing and maintaining client records.
  • Assisting in the administrative work needed for approvals, submissions and reconciliation.
  • Servicing and maintaining short and long term client relationship as well as managing of existing accounts.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by supporting existing accounts and generating new leads through outreach and prospecting.
  • Finding new sales leads using market research, business directories, client referrals, cold calling and/or direct fieldwork.
  • Familiar with sales processes, including basic rights management and contract documentation.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work accurately with numbers and large amounts of data.
  • Assist BD Manager and Directors in other areas where necessary.

Senior Motion Graphics Artist

Roles and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Developing and creating high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics and animation for a variety of projects.
  • Ensuring common goals, direction, and accountability within the department.
  • Providing artistic feedback and identifying solutions to technical problems.
  • Working closely with Directors and Operations Managers to develop the project’s vision and improve workflows, tools, and efficiencies within the department.
  • Assist in seeking out and interviewing new talent for the department.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
